Show older notices
IT notices that no longer get lost.
In a disruption, every minute counts. The web part makes IT notices recognisable at a glance on the intranet start page — and gives the service desk the tools to publish, update and archive them without detours.
Notices get lost
IT notices were hardly distinguishable from other content on the start page.
Urgency unclear
Whether a notice was urgent could not be seen at first glance.
Laborious publishing
Publishing disruptions and maintenance cost valuable time.
Past notices hard to find
Earlier notices were difficult to trace.
