Today, efficiency and time management are crucial. SoftForge Checklists lets you create templates for a list of recurring tasks and then create the corresponding checklists based on these templates. Checklists is already in use in property management, where topics such as “Preparing heating and service charges” for individual properties are worked through and completed as checklists. In this case, a template “Preparing the heating and service charge statement” was set up with the following fields:

• Processed by
• Property
• Rental unit(s)
• Tenant
• Lease number

This information is filled in for every checklist so that each checklist can be clearly assigned. The tasks to be completed are also defined in the template.

Here you can easily assign tasks or change the people stored in the checklist template. If a due date is exceeded, it is highlighted in colour so you can see at a glance where you stand. Thanks to the “not required” function, you can respond flexibly to deviations from your checklist templates. Would you like feedback on a task? Nudge the person the task is assigned to with a single click. With the comment function, you can easily track the status of a task.
