New: DynamicForm, configurable list forms for SharePoint

Leuk, 14 October 2026 – SoftForge AG is launching DynamicForm, a new product for SharePoint. DynamicForm replaces the standard form of your SharePoint list with a freely configurable form: with sections, visibility rules, required fields, attachments and hint blocks. Configured visually, without JSON, right in SharePoint. DynamicForm is available now in the Apps Portal.

What DynamicForm offers

• Build forms visually. A dialog with five tabs leads from the source to the layout. One click creates sections from the columns of your list.
• A form with structure. Split long column lists into sections with one or two columns and add explanatory hint blocks.
• Fields appear when they are needed. Visibility rules show or hide fields and whole sections depending on other fields. Default values prefill new items.
• The common SharePoint columns. DynamicForm works with your real list columns, required fields and descriptions come from the column itself.
• Where your users work. On the page, in a dialog or directly in the command bar of the list.
