General terms and conditions for the use of the Teams app

Scope

These general terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”) govern the use of the Teams app (hereinafter referred to as “the App”). The App is provided to you by SoftForge AG. By using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the App.

Registration and access

To be able to use the App, you must register and create an account. You are responsible for keeping your access data confidential and are liable for all activities that take place via your account. You agree to inform us immediately of any unauthorised use or security breach.

Rights of use

a) The App and all content contained therein are protected by copyright and other laws protecting intellectual property. You are hereby granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the App and the content contained therein for personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms.

b) You may not decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble or otherwise attempt to obtain the source code of the App. You may also not modify or adapt the App or create derivative works from it.

Data protection

The protection of your personal data is important to us. By using the App, you agree to our privacy policy, in which we explain what information we collect, how we use it and what measures we take to protect your data.

Disclaimer

The App is provided “as is” and “as available”. We give no warranty for the App and exclude any liability for direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damage that may arise from the use of, or inability to use, the App.

Changes and termination

We reserve the right to change these Terms at any time or to discontinue the App in whole or in part. We will inform you of material changes to the Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you have the right to stop using the App.

Final provisions

These Terms are governed by Swiss law. In the event of disputes in connection with these Terms, the parties agree that the courts in Leuk, Switzerland, shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
