Manage your templates centrally and enable your employees to create documents from them directly in any document library.

Central management of all templates: Manage your templates in one central place. The content types available on the target library let you control which templates are offered for creation.
Fields and content types: The fields are read dynamically from the target library and displayed. This also lets you configure default values or mandatory fields individually.
Easy creation including metadata: The document is created directly in the target library and all metadata is filled in.
Metadata directly in the document: As all metadata is stored as fields on the library, it can also be inserted into the document as Quick Parts.
Creator details: Would you like to personalise your documents and, for example, show the creator’s organisational unit in the footer? No problem – the user profile information is integrated directly during generation.
Continue editing straight away: Once created, the document can be edited further directly in the browser or in the Office app. Office documents are opened for editing immediately.
