- The SoftForge Navigation lets you start a Phone Directory search directly from anywhere in the intranet.

- The display of contact details can be customised in both the Phone Directory overview and the detail view.
- Data control:
- If there are entries that are loaded automatically via interfaces but should not be displayed, you can hide them from the search.
Interfaces
Populating the Phone Directory
Active Directory or the SharePoint Profile Service is often not enough as a data source for the Phone Directory. For example, entries without an AD account are missing.
- Interfaces:
- Extend your data from any source, such as SAP HR, a branch directory, etc. Add as many additional manual entries as you like.
- Metadata
- The import function lets you enrich SharePoint profile data with additional attributes from various data sources.
