- Approve the publication of news depending on its target location. Define which news is visible to specific teams, departments or sites to ensure that relevant information reaches the right recipients.

Every editor can request when and where their news is displayed. As soon as the locations have been approved, the news is displayed.

- Every news post can be published immediately or at a scheduled time.

- The editor can choose the desired display locations. These can be defined as requiring approval or not.
- Transparency:
- See at a glance whether the news post has already been published and in which display locations it has been activated.
Control
Approval of articles for display locations that require approval
Display locations for news can be configured as requiring approval or not.
- Control over what is displayed:
- Configure important display locations such as the intranet home page as requiring approval. News is then only displayed after prior approval.
- Subsequent control:
- Every news article can also be approved or rejected after the fact. This lets you remove news articles at any time, even from display locations that do not require approval.

Different display options for use in any layout
- Easy to place and configure:
- Place the news web part in the desired location and use taxonomy fields to configure which news should be displayed. In addition to the display locations, you can define further fields such as organisational unit, site, etc.
- Many display options:
- Choose the display that suits you from eight different display options – from a small list to a large display with images. Depending on the purpose and placement of the web part, a different display is appropriate. This means you can use the web part both on the intranet home page to display company news and on the landing pages of departments or sites.
