There is frequently no transparent overview of how many people are currently on a break or whether there is capacity for further breaks. Employees are often unable to plan their breaks independently and flexibly, which leads to confusion and inefficient coordination. At the same time, monitoring the number and length of breaks per person is a considerable challenge for team leads.
